Tammy Horton (née Plante) (born April 26, 1982) is a Canadian model. She was Playboy's Coed of the Week for the 5th week of December 2004,〔(Tammy Plante:: Canada's Number 1 Promotional Model )〕 previously she appeared in a Playboy's Sexy Girl Next Door pictorial. Plante is the great-niece of National Hockey League goalie Jacques Plante.〔 She also is the Beer.com girl. She attended Notre Dame College School in Welland, Ontario, and later attended Brock University for health sciences.
